MISSION :
To enforce building codes to safeguard life, limb, and health, property, and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of material, use and occupancy, location, and maintenance of all buildings and structures within the city of Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

VISION:
The vision of the Bureau of Buildings is to enforcement of the applicable codes to ensure minimum standard for the construction, repair, demolition, and maintenance of structures and properties.
