06-O-2050 ( 1)            An Ordinance by Councilmembers Jim Maddox and Joyce Sheperd authorizing the Mayor to enter into a conservation easement between the City of Atlanta and Coventry Station Partners, LLC for the protection of trees; creation of open space; and for other purposes. 

07O0251( 2)            An Ordinance by Councilmember Carla Smith as amended by Community Development/Human Resources Committee authorizing the Mayor or her designee to place a 90-day moratorium on the implementation of the 1996 Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) which incorporated the Atlanta On-Street Bike Plan until such time as an updated plan is presented to the Mayor and City Council; and for other purposes.

07O0153( 3)            An Ordinance by Community Development/Human Resources Committee authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Atlanta, to enter into an agreement with Trees Atlanta, Inc. for: the planting and maintenance of trees in an amount not to exceed $1,322,325.00; the planting of trees in City Parks in an amount not to exceed $162,500.00; and the performance of work to help maintain a healthy tree canopy in the City in an amount not to exceed $399,900.00; and re-authorizing an annual allocation of not more than $50,000.00 per year to pay for costs arising from the administration of the Tree Protection Ordinance; and whereby all amounts paid to Trees Atlanta shall be paid from the Tree Trust Fund, and all work shall be charged to and paid from Fund, Account and Center Number 3P02 524001 N12P0613QNAO; (Trust Fund, Consultant/Professional Services, Tree Removal Protection); and for other purposes.

07O0189( 5)            A Substitute Ordinance by Community Development/Human Resources Committee authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the City, to enter into agreements with Performers, Artists, Sponsors and Vendors for the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Atlanta Jazz Festival and Montreux Jazz Festival in Atlanta and to charge admission fees for select events at those festivals; and directing that all Jazz Festival revenues and expenses be deposited and expensed from Trust Fund 3P02 Revenue (464101) and expensed to (5*****) N41S0201QNA0 and that all Montreux Festival Revenues and Expenses be deposited into Trust Fund 3P02 Revenue (464101) and expensed to (5*****) N41S0202QNA0; and that the City Attorney be authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $11,500.00 to copyright Jazz Festival Official Artwork and to pay for outside Counsel, Intellectual Property Legal Services necessary to implement a revenue-generating City Web site for the Festivals, said amount to be paid from the afore-mentioned Jazz Festival and Montreux Festival Account Numbers; and for other purposes.

07O0255( 6)            An Ordinance by Councilmember Cleta Winslow to extend the Moratorium on the Enforcement of Chapter 10, Article II, Division II, Section 10-57(3), of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, from December 31, 2006 until December 31, 2007; and for other purposes.

06O1947( 6)            An Ordinance by City Utilities Committee to amend Sections 138-25 and 138-26 of the Official Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, to authorize the Commissioner of Public Works to determine the monthly rental rates for the air space or subsurface space occupied by bridges, tunnels of similar structures across streets or alleys and balconies over sidewalks of the City of Atlanta; and for other purposes.

06R2299( 7)            A Resolution by City Utilities Committee authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers for a project to analyze and map flood prone areas associated with storm water runoff within the Combined Sewer Basins, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management, in an amount not to exceed $333,000.00;  all contracted work will be charged to and paid from Fund, Account and Center Number:  2J21 (Water and Wastewater Renewal and Extension Fund) 524001 (Consultant/Professional Services) Q38I029294DA (CSO Cost Sharing); and for other purposes.  (Held 10/31/06 at the request of the department.)

07R0002( 8)            A Resolution by City Utilities Committee authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Maintenance Agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation to convert a section of Bolton Road, Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Harwell Road to temporary State Route for Bridge Improvements; and for other purposes.  (Held 1/9/07 for further review.)

( 9)       Appraisal of the abandoned portion of Lakeside Drive, NE, consisting of 19.50 acres proposed assemblage tract or $1,300,000.00 per acre, or $29.84 per square foot.  (Held 1/9/07 for further review.)
