06O1171( 1)            A Substitute Ordinance by Finance/Executive Committee as amended amending the 2006/07 Annual Operating Budget; and for other purposes.

Ordinance 06O1171was adopted on substitute as amended at the regularly scheduled meeting of June 19, 2006. However, Mayor Shirley Franklin returned the ordinance with a line item veto in reference to Amendment #5 ( Moore #1) which provides a 3.5% increase to Fire sworn personnel.

06O1334( 2)            An Ordinance by Councilmembers Cleta Winslow and Howard Shook as amended by Finance/Executive Committee to amend Article “V” Classification Plan, Section 114-477, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Atlanta, Georgia, so as to abolish, create, reclassify, transfer, and salary adjust positions in support of the 2007 Budget; and for other purposes.

The above ordinance was adopted as amended at the regularly scheduled meeting held on June 19, 2006.  However, Mayor Shirley Franklin returned 06O1334with a line item veto in reference to Amendment #2 (Moore #1) which changes the pay schedule for sworn Fire personnel by increasing the pay schedule by 3.5%.
