03-O-0394 An Ordinance by Councilmember Cleta Winslow as Substituted by Finance/Executive Committee as Substituted by the Full Council to amend Article V Classification Plan, Section 114-477 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Atlanta, Georgia, so as to abolish vacant positions, abolish filled positions, create, reclassify, transfer, salary and grade, adjust positions; and for other purposes. 03-R-0586 A Resolution by Councilmember H. Lamar Willis authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the City of Atlanta, to execute a First Amendment to an agreement with the City of College Park whereby the City of Atlanta will instruct College Park where to locate power line poles that are being relocated to accommodate the Hartsfield Atlanta International Airportís Fifth Runway, and whereby the City of Atlanta shall indemnify the City of College Park, to the extent permitted by law, with regard to the location of the power line poles; and for other purposes. APAC-Georgia, Inc. & Michael Thrasher Trucking Company, Inc., a joint venture for FC-7565-02, Sullivan Road relocation on behalf of the Department of Aviation in an amount not to exceed $11,692,585.61.
